Holiday Gifts
Posted: December 9, 2011 Filed under: Sewing 6 Comments »Last year, I finished all of my gift sewing by the end of May. This year? I didn’t even start until October. Granted, I have a new little someone keeping me busy this year, so perhaps I should not have attempted handmade gifts. But I love doing it, so I blazed ahead anyway. Fortunately I finished!

You do choose the loveliest fabrics. And your sewing is immaculate as always. Happy Holidays!
Thanks, Erin! Happy holidays to you as well!!
Take care, Caitlyn
They’re gorgeous! Where did you get your gift tags?
Hi Lily!
A couple of years ago, I bought a custom stamp from this etsy seller: http://www.etsy.com/shop/foryoo She was really nice – I would buy from her again. It looks like she still has the tree design: http://www.etsy.com/listing/62675603/custom-rubber-address-stamp-wood-handle
I cut the tags from index cards, stamped them, and then punched a hole through them. And voila – gift tags!
I hope you are doing well!
Hugs, Caitlyn
Nice work! I usually fall behind when I make homemade gifts. I’m bad at planning ahead.
